  5. Honoring the Dianne DeVanna Legacy

    September 27, 2018, 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ Cahill Auditorium

It will be forty years, this fall, that the Dianne DeVanna Center has been committed to combating child abuse through prevention, education, and clinical services. Thousands of children and families have been assisted through the amazing work of the DeVanna staff. Please join us in honoring Dianne’s legacy and supporting the 40th anniversary of the Dianne DeVanna Center’s opening as we recognize all of our accomplishments and the work that must continue to keep our children healthy and safe. We are truly honored that Mayor Sullivan and the Bay State Community Services Board of Directors are co-sponsoring this event. Jack and Marci Williams, Founders of Wednesday’s Child, will be our special guest speakers. As long-time supporters of the Dianne DeVanna Center and tireless child advocates, they truly bring our mission to life. Mr. Williams covered the tragedy 40 years ago and has never forgotten how the community came together to make a difference.
