Frequent Family Dinners Make A Difference

The National Center on Addiction declared National Family Day in 2001. Their research showed that teens who ate meals with their families were less likely to use substances, tend to do better in school and eat healthier. So clear your schedules and celebrate National Family Day on Monday, September 28th by preparing and enjoying a tasty meal with your family!
