The Town of Braintree seeks sealed bids for the construction of a replacement access ramp at the following location: Braintree Town Hall, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184.
An optional site visit is scheduled for September 28, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. The Estimated cost of this project is $325,000. General Bidders must hold DCAMM certification in the category of General Building Construction. Filed sub-bidders must hold DCAMM certification in the category of Masonry. Filed sub-bids are due by October 6, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. Sealed general bids are due by October 16, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. Filed sub-bids and general bids are due to the Braintree Town Hall, Attn: Lorraine See, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.
Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Email submissions will not be accepted. Late bids will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of a bidder to ensure that the bid arrives on time at the designated place. It is strongly recommended that bids are mailed or delivered in advance of the due date and time. DCAMM Certificates and Update Statements, Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds are required. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all bids.
