The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals from qualified proposers for the sale and redevelopment of the Property located at 44 Allen Street for a multi-unit residential use. The Town will conduct a site visit of the Property for interested parties on August 27, 2020, at 10 a.m. Proposals are due on October 8, 2020 until 12:00 PM (noon) to Lorraine See, Braintree Town Hall, One John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. E-Mail submissions will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of a Respondent to ensure that the proposal arrives on time at the designated place. It is strongly recommended that proposals are mailed or delivered in advance of the due date and time.  Late proposals will not be accepted.
