The Marge Crispin Center Food Pantry Open for Braintree Residents Who Are Federal Employees
Braintree, MA – Mayor Joseph C. Sullivan has announced the Marge Crispin Center Food Pantry will be open to Braintree residents who are federal employees affected by the federal government shutdown.
“The dedicated federal employees affected by the shutdown are our neighbors, our friends, and in many cases our family,” said Sullivan. “We are here for one another during difficult times. I want to thank the team at the Marge Crispin Center led by Ann Toland and Pat Conrad for all of their efforts in organizing this needed assistance.”
The food pantry is open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM each week. Residents can come in twice a month for a food order. Federal Employees who reside in Braintree are encouraged to stop by the center for food assistance.
The Marge Crispin Center is located at 74 Pond Street in Braintree. For more information, the center can be reached at 781-848-2124.
