46TH ANNUAL BRAINTREE DAY – JULY 4TH CELEBRATION TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY, JUNE 29, 2019
Braintree, MA – On Saturday, June 29, 2019, the Town will celebrate Braintree Day – the Town’s 46th annual July 4th Celebration. This proud tradition of ours celebrates our vibrant spirit and history of Braintree and America’s independence.
The Stars and Stripes Parade will begin at 11:45 AM at the Registry of Motor Vehicle’s parking lot located at 14 Plain St and will head north on Hancock St and continue north on Washington St through South Braintree square and will end at the Hollis School.
At 4:00 PM entertainment and activities will take place at Braintree High School—this will include food trucks, DJ and live music, a petting zoo, pony rides, lawn games, pie eating contest, and more. Our Fireworks display will be at 9:30 PM. In the event of rain, the event will be held on Sunday, June 30th from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
