The Braintree Health Department will be holding a 2nd booster vaccination clinic on Tuesday, April 19th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Town Hall in Cahill Auditorium. The 2nd booster does is for residents 50 years of age and older and immunocompromised individuals 18 years of age and older.
Residents are requested to bring their COVID-19 vaccination cards and their health insurance cards. In order to receive the 2nd booster vaccination, individuals must have received their first COVID-19 booster vaccination (Moderna) by December 19, 2021.
