There is strong interest and demand by Braintree residents to increase access to the Monatiquot River as most of the river corridor is highly developed. Acquired in 2018, this 6.4 acre parcel with direct riverfront provides an important opportunity for residents to engage in the natural environment while also protecting wildlife habitat and riparian (riverbank) areas.
