Elder Affairs Stormwater Improvements

Last year, the area behind Elder Affairs was just a patch of grass. Now, it's a booming rain garden, housing over 25 species of native plants. The basin collects water from the streets above it, cleaning the stormwater as it flows through the rocks and dirt, before safely returning it to the Monatiquot River.
