Permit Applications

Click below to view copies of our permits. Reminder, all permits need to be filled out online.

• Town of Braintree Major Stormwater Permit Application (required for projects >5,000 ft²)
• Town of Braintree Minor Stormwater Permit Application (required for projects between 2,500-5,000 ft²)
