The Town of Braintree's road moratorium includes all roads that have received full width pavement treatment (reclaim, mill, overlay, etc). The road moratorium is five years after work is completed. Excavation with streets under moratorium for any reason is prohibited. If a project involves a road currently under moratorium, you may appeal in writing to the Braintree Town Council at:
