The sanitary sewer overflows described below have ceased.

Location of Discharge: 44-54 Allen St. Manhole (C1-5)
Start Time and Date of Discharge: 1/10/2024, 6:30 AM
End Time and Date of Discharge: 1/12/2024, 5:30 AM
Duration of Discharge: 47 hours
Estimated Volume of Discharge: 1,410,000 gal
Has Overflow Ceased: Yes

The discharge or overflow consists, or likely consists, of untreated or partially treated sewage and waste. The sanitary sewer overflow described below has ceased.
Partially Treated or Untreated Sewer Discharge: Untreated
Location of Discharge: 99 Shaw St.- pipe overflow
Start Time and Date of Discharge: 1/10/2024, 6:30 AM
Time and Date of Discharge Retraction: 1/12/2024, 9:30 AM
Reason for Retraction: Same discharge improperly reported twice due to confusion about location. The report concerning 44-54 Allen Street Structure C1-6.
